FitForge has no accounts, no sign-up and no database of users. Here is everything that happens to what you type.
Calculations run on your device
Every calculator works in your browser. Your weight, height, lifts and measurements are not sent to our server when you calculate.
What is saved, and where
To save you retyping, your profile (units, sex, age, height, bodyweight, activity level and optional body fat) is stored in your browser's localStorage under keys starting with fitforge.. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it.

AI assistant
Some pages offer an optional AI assistant (for example "Turn these macros into a day of food"). Only when you press its button, your question and a short summary of the numbers on that page are sent to our server and passed through Vercel AI Gateway to a language model to write the answer. We do not store these requests or use them to identify you. Do not include personal details you would not want processed.
Analytics
We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless and does not collect personal data or the values you enter in calculators.
Not medical advice
FitForge calculators give estimates for training and nutrition planning. Talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before major diet changes, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating.
